At the heart of Portal Feeder is the software that you can use to manage your websites. The software is called PortalFeeder v2.0 and it is there to make managing a site extremely easy and user friendly.
It’s very flexible
It’s flexible enough for the techies as it integrates into almost any type of website, and it is also simple to use for those people that shy away form HTML, FTP and all that.
The PF v2.0 software acts like a step-by-step tool which guides you through the whole process of creating and maintaining a site.
It will help you research your niche, choose the right keywords, input your articles & content, find products to promote, manage your content and more.
If I am honest – I have not used it to its full capacity yet…
PF v2.0 & Wordpress
Many of the people see the software as the heart and sole of Portal Feeder but because I was quite happy using wordpress to manage my sites, I wasn’t very open to trying something new, so I forgot about the software.
However, the software completely integrates with Wordpress – so recently I gave it a go as it would help me set up some content on my site more efficiently. I’m in the process of implementing it here on SiteSalary.com.
Since using PortalFeeder v2.0 I have now become a lot more enlightened about some of the cool things that the software will allow me to do with my sites.
PortalFeeder v2.0 Software Features
Here is a brief overview of what the PF 2.0 software will do:
- It’s Easy To Use – There’s videos for everything
- Research Tool – A decent keyword tool (not as good as something like Keyword Elite, but good enough for the average site builder).
- Seamless Wordpress Integration – Use it to help manage your content on a wordpress blog.
- Easy Content Management – Easily change the layout, repeating text snippets, menu items etc. from a central location on your desktop.
- It’s Quick – Since it is on your desktop you can get everything done without waiting for web pages to load.
- Manage Templates – Manage the layout of your site
- Powerful Article Management – Allows you to organize and edit all your content pages with ease.
- Supports Hierarchical Silo Structure – Any website will probably need categories and sub-categories which PF fully supports. Easily organize the navigation structure of your site.
- Easy Content Import – Makes bulk importing and editing of articles very easy.
- Easy Article Finding – If you are short on content PortalFeeder makes it really easy to find free content suitable for your site.
- Content Composer Integration – You can easily import articles from Content Composer if you use that (I do).
- Product Reviews – You can easily add and manage reviews of multiple products and organize them in a coherent way for both you and your visitors. Very powerful for affiliate marketers allowing you to create a useful review site.
- Product Finder – Inbuilt ClickBank search so you can easily find ClickBank products.
- RSS Feeds – Use RSS Feeds to add content to your site
- eBay Feeds – Use eBay affiliate RSS feeds to add related products to your site and earn money doing it.
- Site Feed – Create custom RSS/XML feeds for the various content on your site.
- Directory – Create and easily manage a directory or list of anything that you can think of.

The software truly seems to be very special. I have been planning on starting an on-line site for some time now and have been accumulating information on the workings of web commerce. PortalFeeder seems like a natural for what we want to do. How long will it be before it becomes available and how much will it cost? Thankyou. Peter U’Ren.
