“Selling or Renting Internal Pages ” What do you mean by this? What is the process of initiating something like this. Any examples?

The email signup form uses Aweber - just HTML pasted into the sidebar.php wordpress template.

“Selling or Renting Internal Pages” is where you rent or sell a full blog post or page do an advertiser. You could place nofollow links in any links to maintain Google friendliness.
Advertiser benefits from having a full branded article on your site, potential added SE benefit (nofollow links still have some SEO benefit despite common disputing views), and direct click through traffic that has been presold.
Its basically a full page ad that can pre-sell to your readers and can work well for advertisers.

Great list! I’d say adsense is the least of your potential income.
As for banner ads, why not display your own?
